United States Flat Rate:  $7.00

1-2 weeks shipping time

 

Canada Flat Rate:  $30.00

2-3 weeks shipping time

 

All Other International Flat Rate:  $30.00

3-4 weeks shipping time

*Often times, order processing and shipping speed are much faster than listed above.  We like to over estimate time so we do not disappoint.

How do I return an item?

What is your exchanges/return policy?

 

**Please note that face masks CANNOT be returned or exchanged, due to sanitary concerns**

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY:

We accept exchanges/returns on all Regular Priced unworn, unwashed clothing and swim.  Tags must still be intact and included in the shipment.  Customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving order for a full refund or exchange.

MARKET PURCHASES:

Any item purchased at the Market or in person cannot be returned for a refund.  These items can be exchanged for another item or store credit.

SALE ITEMS

SALE items are not eligible for a full refund.  They may be exchanged for another item or store credit.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping.  They are also responsible for paying shipping on exchanges.

How do I track my order?

 

Orders take about 1 week for processing.  When your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number

What are your delivery options?

 

We ship USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer.  In these cases, customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes, we do.  Internation delivery usally takes 1 week processing and 2-3 weeks shipment time.  Occassionally, this timeline could be extented.  Please track your purchase via the tracking number provided via email.
